We work closely with our clients and understand that strong relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden, with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are currently seeking individuals who want to work part-time/on-call as substitute personal assistants for a wheelchair-bound man in his 30s. The client is a cheerful and pleasant person who enjoys working out at the gym, spending time with friends and family, and has a keen interest in football during the summer. He also likes to take short trips to Stockholm, for example, on weekends. You will work as a substitute and fill in during illness, vacations, etc., sometimes on short notice. If the collaboration goes well, a longer-term engagement may be possible. Assistance is provided around the clock, with shifts including days, evenings, and nights (sleeping on-call), as well as weekends. The working hours are: - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - 5:00 PM - 9:00 AM with waiting time during the night As a person, you are responsible, have sound values, and are active, with creativity and a desire to engage in various activities with the client. The job also involves household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. You should be attentive but also have a strong presence and be able to set clear boundaries. Personal suitability is highly valued, and effective collaboration between the workgroup and the family is essential. We prefer candidates with previous experience in the field, particularly with acquired brain injuries and short-term memory issues. A valid driver's license is also desirable. We hope for a long-term collaboration and are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
