About this role

Do you have experience in home care, home nursing, or emergency healthcare? Are you ready for new challenges in a role where independence, responsibility, and compassion are at the forefront? Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our dedicated team in Vallentuna. **Job Responsibilities – What will you do?** You will provide customers with the assistance they are entitled to according to care decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of tasks include: - **Personal hygiene** – assistance with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care. - **Meal support** – help with preparation, serving, and feeding as needed. - **Supervision and companionship** – create a sense of security and contribute to the customer's social context. - **Dressing and undressing** – practical support with changing clothes. - **Home support** – for example, laundry and other daily chores. - **Emergency alarms** – respond quickly to urgent needs of customers who have triggered an alarm. We operate on behalf of Vallentuna Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions. **Who are you?** To fit in with us, we expect you to have the following qualities and qualifications: - **Certified nursing assistant training** – you are educated and experienced in your field. (Preferred) - **Fluent in Swedish** – you are proficient in Swedish both spoken and written and can document professionally. - **Driver's license (B)** – you are a safe driver and accustomed to navigating traffic. (Required) - **Stress-resistant and responsible** – you handle pressured situations with calmness and determination. - **Independent** – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed. - **Empathetic and attentive** – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes. - **Communicative** – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues. - **Flexible and solution-oriented** – you are accustomed to working in an environment where no day is the same. - **Detail-oriented and responsible** – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work. - **Digitally savvy** – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems. **Work Schedule and Setup:** Working days: Monday – Sunday. For this position, we offer a part-time employment. Working hours: 07:00 – 15:30 or 15:30 – 22:00. Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby, and we believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
