**Job Responsibilities – What will you do?**
You will work to provide clients with the assistance they are entitled to according to care decisions and individualized implementation plans. Examples of tasks include:
• Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – help with preparation, serving, and feeding as needed.
• Supervision and companionship – creating a sense of safety and contributing to the client's social context.
• Getting dressed and undressed – practical support during clothing changes.
• Home support – for example, laundry and other daily chores.
• Emergency alarms – promptly responding to clients' urgent needs when they call for help. We operate on behalf of Österåker Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care duties and handling emergency alarms from 07:00 to 22:30. This means a varied assignment involving both scheduled and more urgent interventions.
**Who are you?**
To fit in with us, we are looking for you to possess the following traits and qualifications:
• Certified nursing assistant education – you are trained and experienced in your field. (Desirable)
• Fluent in Swedish – you have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can document professionally.
• Driving license (B) – you are a confident driver and accustomed to navigating traffic. (Required)
• Stress-resistant and responsible – you handle pressured situations with calmness and determination.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when necessary.
• Empathetic and attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each client has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same.
• Detail-oriented and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.
• Digitally savvy – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.
**Work Schedule and Structure:**
Service hours: Monday – Sunday. For this position, we offer a part-time employment. Working hours: 07:00 – 15:30 or 15:30 – 22:30. Workplace: You will start from our office in Österåker, and we believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
