About Us
Badstigen is a group home for adults covered by LSS personal circle 1, with individually adapted support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approach. The residence is located in a quiet villa area with proximity to both nature and Vetlanda city center. There are opportunities for daily activities.
About the Position
We are now seeking a new housing support worker for our facility. As a housing support worker, you will work with people who need support with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.
In the role, you will:
• Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
• Plan and implement activities with the client
• Perform delegated healthcare tasks
Employment Conditions
We are currently seeking employees to work as hourly substitutes.
We apply individual wage setting, and other compensation is according to collective agreement. Start date for the position will be by arrangement.
Who Are You?
As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of housing support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and sensitivity. • Education as a nurse assistant, special education teacher, behavioral scientist, or education that the employer finds relevant
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-affective approach, clarifying pedagogy
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing, as documentation is a significant part of the work
• Class B driver's license
