Located in the heart of Långedrag, you will find our small, well-functioning parent cooperative accommodating approximately 20 children aged 1 to 5 years. Together with the rest of the staff, you will create a safe environment for the children, characterized by curiosity, joy, and friendship. **About the Position** The team currently consists of two preschool teachers, two childcare workers, and one childcare assistant. We are now looking for substitutes for our preschool, with the potential for a permanent position after the new year. Together, you will shape the program and create the best conditions to provide education and nurture our children. The work is conducted with the advantages of a cooperative, such as engaged guardians and short decision-making paths. You will work quite independently and have considerable opportunities to design your own workday as well as the preschool's educational activities. You will continuously collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure that guidelines are followed and a high quality is maintained. Our operations are conducted in a cooperative form where everyone is a member, similar to a cooperative model. We maintain a very good atmosphere among the children and parents, fostering a rewarding collaboration between educators, the board, and parents, while also having clearly defined areas of responsibility. The preschool's board is responsible for the overall finances and has personnel responsibility for the preschool's employees. In the area, we have transportation, sea, and parks right around the corner. We have a large and diverse outdoor environment with everything from fruit trees to sledding hills, playhouses, etc. Indoors, there are practical facilities that accommodate both active play and quiet moments. We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day. We follow the curriculum and conduct a creative and playful program based on the children's natural curiosity. We are outdoors every day and also enjoy making excursions to explore both the surroundings near the preschool and using the tram to access the city's offerings of museums, performances, and similar activities.
