Part-Time Personal Assistant for 65-year-old Man in Norsborg
We are now seeking several individuals to take on the role of personal assistant to a 65-year-old man living in Norsborg. Our client has a congenital cerebral palsy condition and needs help with all daily physical needs, but it is crucial that he do everything he can independently. The intellectual aspect is a key part of our client's life, and it's important that you are someone who can both lead conversation and listen. It's an advantage if you know a little about many things. The client's main interests are film, technology, and stamps. He also loves going on really long walks and other adventures.
It's a plus if you have worked with people with cerebral palsy, but this is not a requirement. You should be a person who is confident in yourself and can provide stability and security for the client, but above all, you should be someone who can bring warmth and joy to our client. It's important that you understand that the client's circumstances and well-being are not static and can have both good and bad days. You should know when to be present and when to step back.
We are looking for someone who wants to do something meaningful long-term, is responsible, and attentive to another person's needs. To apply for the position, you must be 18 or older, be able to show a criminal record extract, provide two references, and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. At the client's request, we are only seeking female staff. No previous experience is required; we are looking for the "right" person!
Job Scope:
We are now seeking part-time staff who can work day/evening/night/weekend shifts, starting immediately.
