The Northern School Area consists of two F-6 schools with after-school care, one in Åsbro and one in Rönneshytta, as well as pedagogical care in Snavlunda. JOB DESCRIPTION Are you passionate about ensuring that all students thrive and develop? We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves and has an easy time building good relationships and inspiring others. You strive for all students to develop, feel well, and experience joy and security in school. You can lead groups and always keep the student at the center. You are a flexible person, capable of collaborating, and can easily adapt to new situations. You have the ability to communicate with both students and guardians with understanding, humility, and clarity. You will work as a resource during the school day and be part of the after-school activities. You will support students, lead student groups, and conduct activities. If you can teach, there may also be opportunities to conduct lessons. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • experience working with children and young people. • good knowledge of Swedish. • availability to work as needed—sometimes on short notice. Knowledge of and/or experience with students with neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF) is an advantage. A valid driver's license (B) is required, and access to a personal vehicle is desirable.
