About Us
Klinta Treatment Center has 19 places for men and women, ages 18 and up. Our target group consists of individuals with comorbidity, where some form of neuropsychiatric functional variation or mental health may be combined with substance abuse.
We need more important staff members who can step in as hourly temporary workers when needed.
Work tasks include support and help in clients' daily lives. Clients have an individual schedule with planned treatments and activities. Tasks include driving to and from activities, pedagogical meals, being available for social interaction with our clients, MI conversations, documentation and delegation for medication handover, and all staff are responsible for maintaining spaces like the kitchen and common areas.
About the Role
Your main work tasks include:
• Care in the form of direct treatment work
• Network contacts, communication with clients
• Documentation and delegated medication tasks
• Being present with clients in the facility
Work occurs during day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Salary is according to agreement, and other compensation follows collective bargaining. Start date is by mutual agreement.

A background check will be conducted before employment.
To apply for the position, you must:
• Be trained as a social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or have another completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent
• Have experience in treatment work
• Have good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
• Be proficient with computer systems, as documentation is extensive
• Hold a Class B driver's license
