We are looking for hourly substitutes for home care in Upplands-Bro who can work extra as needed – both now and throughout the coming year. **About the Role** As an hourly substitute, you will replace regular staff during illness or other short absences. You will be employed as an hourly substitute and scheduled through our Time Care Pool system when there is a need in the operation and you are available. Working hours vary between day and evening, weekdays and weekends. The length of shifts may also vary. **Your Responsibilities:** - Support care recipients in achieving a meaningful daily life and good quality of life. - Assist with personal hygiene, shopping, walks, and companionship. - Be an important representative of home care – perfect for those who wish to apply for a more permanent position as a nursing assistant in the future. **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** - Is a trained nursing assistant or has similar experience. - Has experience in care and support work. - Holds a driver's license and can ride a bike. - Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Is flexible, responsible, and has a collaborative spirit. - Enjoys providing service and thrives in working with elderly people. With us, you will receive an hourly wage based on your education and experience. The hourly wage can vary between 145-170 SEK. **About the Recruitment Process:** Selection and invitations for interviews will take place in December.
