We are looking for confident, positive, calm, and enthusiastic educators who are willing and able to step in as needed to provide children with stability, joy, and care. We are: Förskolan Lyckostugan, a private preschool near Kista center. We have 34 children across three departments, and we operate from a holistic perspective that we would be happy to share more about during your visit. Here, you will find colleagues who are engaged, responsible, and solution-focused. We work in an exploratory manner with great joy and positivity, supporting children in their learning and development towards independence and self-esteem. You are: An engaged, cheerful, and positive childcare worker with several years of experience working with children and a good background, perhaps studying remotely or having another occupation that allows you to appreciate temporary assignments as needed. If you would like to start with us in mid/late February 2026, if you are open to temporary assignments, and if you believe you would thrive with us, then you are likely the colleague we are looking for. Interviews will be conducted continuously at the end of January and throughout February. The position is a temporary contract.
