We are currently looking for a nurse who wants to work with us on an hourly basis. Our operations At Bräcke diakoni in Linköping, we take pride in our comprehensive responsibility for care, healthcare, and rehabilitation at home. Our home healthcare team collaborates closely with the municipality and several healthcare providers to offer the right support to individuals, often the elderly or those with disabilities, who wish to remain at home. We are a strong team consisting of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists who together create a holistic approach to care. In collaboration with nursing assistants from our home care groups and assisted living facilities, we work closely with the people we are here to support. Your role As an hourly employed nurse, you will be part of the home healthcare team and visit patients during the day, evenings, or weekends. You will work during scheduled gaps and peak times and become an important part of the team when your contribution is needed the most. If you wish to work on-call, there is also an opportunity for that. Health and care interventions are based on contact with doctors and nursing staff. This may involve planned visits or urgent medical assessments. You will be based at Ramstorp assisted living facility, where you will share an office with other nurses. Your responsibilities include: - Planned interventions, such as sample collection, medication management, wound care - Urgent interventions - Proactive assessments - Supervision of care staff - Collaboration with doctors Who we are looking for We are looking for a licensed nurse who can plan safe and health-promoting care interventions in a home environment. This involves being attentive to individual needs and actively collaborating with the patient, colleagues, and contacts in the patient's network. With prior professional experience, you should be ready to supervise care staff and participate in decisions about which interventions should be prioritized. Qualifications - Licensed nurse - 2 years of professional experience - You have a B driver's license and can cycle - You write and speak fluently in Swedish Meritorious - Experience working with the medical record system Treserva - Experience in home healthcare, geriatrics, or palliative care.
