About us
Eken Falköping is part of Humana, a leading provider in care and support services. Here we offer accommodation for adults with mental disabilities, with or without the need for somatic care. Our unit, located on the outskirts of Falköping, has 18 placements. Our clients are 20 years and older, and we strive to provide them with support and assistance that truly makes a difference.

With us, we work closely in collaboration across different professions. Our team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, caregivers, nursing assistants, and psychiatrists.
About the position
As a care staff member with us, you will have a varied role where you will, among other things, plan and implement individual interventions based on the needs and goals outlined in our residents’ care plans. You will document daily in our documentation system. Alongside your colleagues, you will divide tasks and communicate with other health care professionals.
Examples of responsibilities:
• Motivational and supportive conversations
• Following up on residents’ weekly planning and care plans
• Managing medication according to delegation
• Planning activities and transportation
• Social interaction
• Support in daily activities and ADL (e.g., personal care, meal assistance, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping)
Employment conditions:
We are currently looking for a staff member for part-time employment. Working hours are varied and may include day, evening, weekend, and night shifts.
Compensation is hourly wages, and other benefits are in accordance with collective agreements.
A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID and any documents that verify your right to work in Sweden.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, attentive, and flexible. You are a person who can handle stressful situations with confidence and stability. You are responsible and can independently structure your work while also being a good team player who enjoys working in a team. You have an understanding of people's different needs and can adapt your communication style according to their requirements.
We are looking for you who:
• Are a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or have equivalent knowledge and experience
It is an advantage if you have:
• Experience working with this target group
• A valid driver’s license (B license)
