Do you want to gain valuable experience in recruitment and help find the right employees for our airports? We are looking for three curious and engaged individuals who are studying or have recently completed their HR studies and want to be part of our recruitment team during our peak season this winter.
What does the role entail? You will gain valuable experience of the entire recruitment process by working alongside two recruiters in our volume recruitments for the summer season. Together, you will assess candidates' skills and behaviors based on given criteria, while representing Swedavia in a professional manner. The main task is to schedule and conduct Teams interviews.
The work will be intensive, and you may have many interviews in succession during a work shift. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and have a strong desire to help out wherever needed. It is important to us that you have a good sense of service and are responsible, as you will be accountable for a critical aspect of the recruitment process.
Who are you? You do not need prior experience in recruitment or have conducted interviews yourself. We will train you and provide an opportunity to gain insight into working with volume recruitments.

The work consists of approximately 14–16 hours per week from January to March. You need to be able to work three to four days a week during the day and be on site at Arlanda at least two days per week. Due to the short and intensive period, only a few days off will be permitted.
