RESPONSIBILITIES The main responsibility is to provide residents with as meaningful a daily life as possible by constantly working in a person-centered manner. You need to be attentive and proactive when changes occur in the wishes and needs of individuals. As an hourly employee with us, it is essential that you are interested in working with individuals with various care needs. Age and illness vary, so you need to be perceptive to situations and act accordingly. Activities and outdoor experiences are a natural part of daily life, and you need to be motivating to promote stimulation so that residents maintain their physical and cognitive functions for as long as possible. The network is extensive, and we collaborate broadly between different professions both within and outside the organization, such as the responsible nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, manager, and not least, relatives, etc. Therefore, we expect you to have good collaboration skills and social competence.
