ABOUT THE JOB I am looking for someone who wants to be part of my team and work as a personal assistant for me. The position is a part-time role with 1-2 shifts per week, suitable for someone who wants to contribute care, competence, and presence to another person's daily life. ABOUT ME I am a small, active woman in my 70s living with my husband by the sea in the Västra Götaland region in Uddevalla. Life has been filled with work, sports, travel, and adventures – and although my body sets certain limits today, there is still much joy in living. I enjoy being outdoors and have an interest in sports and music, engaging in various activities with a creative family of different ages. I also undertake various volunteer roles and serve as an ambassador for various assistive devices. I live a full life as long as my health allows – life literally rolls on. ABOUT THE POSITION As a personal assistant, you will be my support in daily life. Your responsibilities will include: - Personal care - Practical tasks at home - Support in my volunteer community engagement, including administration via computer/Mac - Handling technical aids, such as stationary and mobile breathing machines You will be my extended arms and legs – but above all, a present and respectful fellow human being. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR I am seeking a woman aged 50+, with a calm demeanor and a secure personality. Requirements: - You have experience in care and support, preferably as a nursing assistant or nurse, and wish to further contribute with your knowledge and experience. - You are accustomed to working with ventilators, Pari Boy (steam machine), and cough machines. - You have an interest in technology and administration. - A driver's license and access to a car (to commute to the workplace and drive my adapted vehicle). - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Non-smoker. SALARY At Vivida, you will receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and any additional compensation for unsocial hours. A collective agreement is in place.
