We are now looking for a student or someone interested in working part-time as a Matching Coordinator/Advisor to join our team! Is that you? What will your responsibilities be? "Rusta och Matcha" is a matching service and part of the ongoing reform of the Public Employment Service. With us, you will play a vital role in coaching and matching adults to employment or helping them find their way to work through studies. We create opportunities for job seekers to enter the labor market and thereby contribute to society. In the role of Matching Coordinator, you will meet both participants and companies, and your task will be to build bridges to facilitate their meeting. Business contacts are a crucial part of the matching process to help participants find employment, which means we are looking for someone who has or wants to develop a broad network, as well as a strong ability to create and maintain business and customer relationships. Our participants seek both qualitative and effective guidance that leads to employment. You will work with participants both individually and in groups through one-on-one conversations, group activities, and company visits. The job also involves administrative tasks related to the assignment, as well as planning and participating in marketing activities to strengthen Lernia's brand in the area. You will work cross-functionally with colleagues from other parts of Lernia in both education and staffing to find the best path for each participant. The position is a part-time employment based in Örebro, but there may be needs in nearby locations such as Karlskoga, Västerås, Köping, and Arboga. Who are we looking for? Since the role involves active dialogue with participants, colleagues, supervisors, and clients, it is essential that you are communicative and skilled at building good relationships. You excel in collaboration and see yourself as a team player who meets both participants' and clients' needs. To be considered for the position, you have: At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) in a relevant field and at least 2 years of full-time work experience. Alternatively, Post-secondary education of at least 1 year and at least 3 years of full-time work experience in areas such as job coaching, recruitment, personnel management with responsibility, study and career guidance, or work related to labor and labor market issues. In addition to one of the above options, we also expect you to have: - Sales or recruitment background with a large business network - A valid driver's license (B) and access to your own car - Good computer and system skills - Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
