Home Care Services is a division within Care and Support, where care recipients who have difficulty managing independently due to illness or disability receive support and assistance at home.
We provide qualified home care where the care recipient's will and needs are always at the center. Here, you'll work with one of the most rewarding experiences possible - making everyday life meaningful for our care recipients. Being professional is equally about providing good treatment and understanding others' needs and feelings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking someone who approaches care recipients and their families with warmth and respect.
Your primary task is to meet the individual care needs of recipients, based on approved social services support. Tasks are varied and include dressing, hygiene, cooking, shopping, cleaning, and social activities, but most importantly, showing personal care. Thanks to you and your colleagues, daily life functions smoothly.
Work is documented in the municipal data system Pulsen Combine.
As a hourly employee, you will receive an introduction to ensure you feel comfortable with your tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek candidates who are empathetic, flexible, independent, and responsible. Providing good treatment and collaboration is natural for you. You have the ability to prioritize and plan your work, both individually and collectively with colleagues.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent Swedish skills, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills required for electronic documentation
• Driving license (B-class) is meritorious
No prior experience is required, but to thrive and perform well, you need a genuine interest in people. Completed or ongoing education and work experience in care and support is meritorious. We place significant emphasis on personal suitability.
