Eskilstuna Parish has two preschools, one located in Tomaskyrkan, Stenby, and the other in St. Petri Church, Slagsta. Warmly welcome to apply! Job Responsibilities Our hourly employees are important to us and a natural part of the team! Your role is to support or replace regular staff as needed. Although you do not have a fixed schedule, you are expected to work independently and be flexible to quickly adapt to the operation's needs. The role involves working with children aged 1-5 years. Responsibilities include: - Participating in and leading pedagogical activities - Contributing to a safe, developmental, and fun environment for children - Providing support during meals, rest periods, and outdoor activities - Collaborating with other staff to maintain good structure and security in the operation Working hours vary between 6:15 AM and 5:30 PM depending on the needs of the children's groups. Flexibility and availability on short notice are often necessary. The work requires you to be able to work at both preschools. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Is a trained preschool teacher or childcare worker, or is currently studying with experience in the field - Has good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written, to receive instructions, document, and communicate with children, colleagues, and guardians in a safe and clear manner - Has good collaboration skills, is responsible, and confident - Is attentive, flexible, and has a positive attitude In this recruitment, we will ask you to show an extract from the criminal record register and diploma upon completed education.
