About the position
As a part-time employee in Aleris Basal Home Healthcare, you will be part of our central staffing pool, which covers all units. Our offices are located in Farsta, Täby, Sollentuna, Upplands Väsby, Bromma, and at Sabbatsberg Hospital. This gives you a unique opportunity to work across the entire catchment area and gain broad experience in different work environments. Assignments are made based on the needs of the organization and your preferences.

Your role
As a nurse with us, you will have a central and varied role where you will work both administratively and clinically. During the day, you will be responsible for:
• Assessing incoming referrals together with the deputy unit manager
• Engaging in dialogue with healthcare centers
• Ensuring that patient information is complete prior to visits
• Managing the organization’s phone before it is handed over to the call center for the evening/night shift
In the evenings and on weekends, you will work clinically and will have:
• Leadership responsibility for the team in collaboration with our call center
• Responsibility for distributing tasks and ensuring safe, structured, and patient-centered care
• Responsibility for reporting and ensuring that the team has the right conditions and equipment
• Responsibility for both planned and urgent home visits
• Documentation in the TakeCare journal system
As a clinical lead nurse, you play an important role in ensuring that care follows current routines and guidelines. You will also be involved in the development of our working methods and processes.

About you
We are looking for a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience. You are confident in your professional role, possess good medical competence, and appreciate taking responsibility while supporting colleagues. You have:
• A nursing license
• At least two years of experience
• A valid driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills and experience with TakeCare
• Proficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Previous experience in home healthcare is highly meritorious.
