Hourly Employee Care Assistant with B Driving License for Night Patrol (Home Care)

We are currently seeking new team members who can work throughout Stockholm as hourly employees. Working hours are exclusively at night between 21:55 and 07:25. Job Description As a night worker with us, you will participate in a team as a field worker with an independent schedule consisting of fixed night visits and flexible alarm responsibilities. Recruitment is ongoing. Qualifications • Previous experience in home care work is required. • Previous experience in night shifts is advantageous but not mandatory. • A certified nursing assistant education is required. • A trained nursing assistant must be able to present a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. • You enjoy building good relationships with clients and aim to create value for them and their relatives. • You would describe yourself as an independent and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly. • You find it stimulating to collaborate in a team and are not afraid to make quick assessments in a hectic environment. Employment Type Casual employment with the possibility of a permanent position after a six-month probationary period. Start date immediately or as agreed.
