As an Assistant in Accounts Payable, you will be part of our Accounting Control team at Iver. We are a small, close-knit team that works together, and we are committed to helping and supporting each other. We all share a passion for accounting and strive to drive our processes forward to become more efficient. Main responsibilities: • Support in the handling of supplier invoices, including verification, coding, and approval workflows. • Contribute to weekly and monthly payment runs. • Follow up and assist in resolving invoice discrepancies in dialogue with suppliers and internal contacts. • Perform basic reconciliations of supplier accounts. • Assist with documentation and general administrative tasks within finance. • Work closely with the rest of the finance department and contribute as needed during peak periods. Requirements and qualifications: • Ongoing post-secondary studies in economics, accounting, finance, or another relevant field. • Interest in financial processes and a desire to learn more about accounts payable. • Experience in administrative work is an advantage but not a requirement. • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner. • Good communication skills in both spoken and written forms. • Basic knowledge of Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus but not necessary.
