The tasks include independent assessments and prioritizations, as well as providing advice through consultations, phone calls, and chat. In home healthcare, we perform planned and urgent health and medical care interventions in our patients' homes. As a district nurse or nurse in our home healthcare team, your responsibilities include medical assessments, management of medical technical products, medication handling, and guidance for staff, patients, and relatives. You play a central role in coordinating around the patient, ensuring high-quality care. Who are we looking for? You are a licensed nurse with experience in primary care. It is an advantage if you have further education as a district nurse.
