About Us Capio Healthcare Center Skogås is excellently located south of Stockholm. With both commuter train and bus station nearby, it is easy to get to and from the clinic. We are a pleasant and well-functioning unit with a healthcare center, home healthcare, child healthcare, and midwifery services. We also have a counselor, psychologist, and rehabilitation coordinator. We are a team of approximately 45 employees with strong cohesion and team spirit. We work interprofessionally around our patients, which promotes a good work environment, and we strive to offer our approximately 13,800 registered patients the best possible care.
In our home healthcare, we have around 85 admitted patients. Here, 2 nurses, 2nursing assistants, and 2 doctors work. We work as a team where we are flexible and help each other. All to take the best possible care of our home healthcare patients.
Your Role We are seeking you who are a district nurse or nurse, with experience and interest in caring for our most important and fragile patients in their homes, i.e., basic home healthcare.
We need an hourly hired district nurse or nurse who can step in or reinforce as needed. A great opportunity to get a foot in the pleasant primary care setting. Since we are a relatively large clinic, there are good chances for future open positions.
You need to be confident in your professional role and easy to collaborate with patients, relatives, and your other team colleagues.
As a district nurse or nurse, you work together with your nursing assistant and are responsible for your area, i.e., about half of the patients. The two areas are divided into 2 routes each. One of the routes is a walking route near our clinic. The other 3 are driven with our cars.

About You We are seeking someone who is passionate about home healthcare! You are a licensed nurse, preferably a district nurse, with several years of experience. Experience in primary care, and preferably experience in basic home healthcare, is meritorious.
You need good computer skills, experience with the TakeCare journal system, and can express yourself well in the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing.
We see that you have a positive approach and contribute to a good work climate. You need to be easy to collaborate in a group and enjoy working independently and taking personal responsibility. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Requirement for a B driver's license.
