About the Company Waxö Omsorg is a small care company that offers support, service, and care for adults with cognitive and neuropsychiatric disabilities and individuals with acquired brain injuries. Waxö Omsorg has a collective agreement with parties according to the Care and Support Agreement, Swedish Municipal Workers' Union Kommunal. Waxö Omsorg is a member of the Municipal Companies' Organization (KFS) About the Workplace Solna Daily Activities offers daily activities according to LSS 9 §10 support service. Solna Daily Activities provides activities such as Wellness, Music/Drama, and Creative Arts for individuals with varying support needs. Support is performed and described in each care recipient's implementation plan, based on their will and needs. Work at Solna Daily Activities is during daytime hours, Monday - Friday. There are clear job descriptions for staff, and as a new employee, you will receive an introduction to working with care recipients. We are currently seeking part-time temporary staff to work at Solna Daily Activities. About You We are looking for someone who: • Has experience working in support and care, or education in the field • Is responsible, independent, and has good teamwork abilities • Has a strong interest in working with people and understanding their individual needs • Is flexible and maintains a positive approach even in challenging situations • Is good at documentation and following routines Care recipients have significant support needs, so experience in care such as meals, hygiene, mobility, and communication is advantageous.
