About the Role: As a permit officer, you will handle application and supervisory cases concerning serving permits and tobacco permits. In this role, you will work closely with coordinators who lead the work and report to the unit manager. Your role requires accuracy and integrity, as well as a strong ethical approach. You should be able to take initiative and independently drive cases forward while also being capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues, business owners, and other authorities. This position includes supervisory visits to serving and sales locations, primarily during daytime, but may also involve oversight during evenings and nights. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: • A university degree in economics, law, or another relevant field deemed appropriate by the employer • Experience in public authority work, preferably within municipal operations • Several years of experience in case management and supervision within the alcohol and tobacco sector • Experience in using the case management systems AlkT and OL2 • A valid driver’s license (B) • A very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing As a person, you are: • Structured, analytical, and diligent in your work with the ability to drive your investigations to conclusion. • You have an inner drive and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously without compromising quality. • Additionally, you are an effective communicator, both orally and in writing, and you find it easy to collaborate.
