Infrastructure Asset Manager

Asset Manager at Swedish Transport Administration in Stockholm This is a consultant assignment. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires high flexibility and cooperation skills. Assignment The role is responsible for managing and maintaining infrastructure facilities, focusing on asset management, development of maintenance strategies, risk assessments, and implementation of best practices according to ISO 55000. Key Responsibilities - Ensure effective management and optimization of facility lifecycle by following ISO 55000 best practices to maximize value and minimize risks. - Develop and implement long-term management plans to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of facilities. - Develop and ensure implementation of maintenance strategies supporting the Swedish Transport Administration's long-term facility goals. - Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure actions are taken to minimize risks and ensure facility functionality. - Ensure asset management is based on correct technical expertise and best practices for facility operation and maintenance. Requirements (MANDATORY) - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. - Higher education in road and construction engineering, operations and maintenance, or equivalent. Alternatively, equivalent competence acquired through at least 5 years of experience as a consultant, employee, or contractor/client in infrastructure projects. - Minimum three (3) years of experience using management systems like Maximo or similar and implementing asset management principles according to ISO 55000. Experience must have been acquired continuously over the past five (5) years. - Minimum five (5) years of asset management experience for complex facilities, including responsibility for long-term maintenance planning and operations. Experience must have been acquired continuously over the past seven (7) years. - Minimum five (5) years of experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies for infrastructure facilities focusing on sustainability and operational efficiency. Experience must have been acquired continuously over the past seven (7) years. - Minimum five (5) years of experience conducting risk assessments and managing risks related to operation and maintenance of road and tunnel facilities. Experience must have been acquired continuously over the past seven (7) years.
