Job Description Are you an experienced leader with a documented background in management and personnel responsibility? Do you have a strong passion for supporting and developing employees? Then this could be the perfect role for you! We are currently seeking an Interim Department Head at Linköping University. As Interim Department Head, you will lead and coordinate the department's administrative unit, responsible for approximately 30 employees divided across two units, with two subordinate unit managers. You will also be part of the department's management team. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a good ability to build networks and establish trustworthy collaborations within a complex organization. You are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious. The role offers an exciting challenge where you will succeed by balancing challenge with flexibility and active listening towards the assignment and organization.
