Job Description
We are looking for a driven, quality-conscious, and skilled TIG welder for an exciting and long-term consulting assignment at Siemens in Trollhättan. This assignment is designed to serve as a gateway to a future career with our client and offers good opportunities for direct employment with Siemens after a period of hiring. The work will be conducted in a dynamic production environment with a rotating schedule of 2 shifts.
In this role, you will be a key player in production, where you are expected to alternate between independent work and teamwork. Your days will vary between specialized welding and more general assembly tasks. We expect you to have a natural attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest possible quality in your work.

Responsibilities
• Manual TIG welding, primarily in nickel-based alloys.
• Alternate between welding tasks and assembly work based on production needs.
• Ensure high quality in all completed work in accordance with applicable standards and drawings.
• Maintain good collaboration skills when working in teams and with many contacts in the role.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Experience and knowledge of TIG welding.
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work 2 shifts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
• High quality awareness and attention to detail.
Meritorious
• Experience in TIG welding of stainless steel or other high-alloy materials (nickel-based alloys).
• Possession of forklift and overhead crane licenses.
