Our client is a consulting company in civil engineering focusing on construction, energy, and industry with approximately 50 employees. The company is performing very well and is now seeking an additional Schedule Planner who will primarily work on projects involving follow-up and analysis of construction and infrastructure project disputes. In this role, you will have several more senior colleagues in the field and have the opportunity to learn from the most experienced and skilled Schedule Planners in the industry.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Schedule Planner, you will primarily work on projects related to follow-up and analysis of disputes within construction and infrastructure projects. You will have several more senior colleagues in the area and have the opportunity to learn from the most experienced and skilled Schedule Planners in the industry. You will work on multiple parallel projects simultaneously.

WORK TASKS
As a Schedule Planner, you will primarily:
* Compare original project planning with actual outcomes and analyze deviations
* Perform analyses of all project phases
* Identify delays in schedules and calculate potential penalties
* Actively work in planning tools such as Primavera P6 PPM, Tilaris, and Astra DB as well as Excel
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a completed college degree in construction, civil engineering, water and road infrastructure, industrial economics, or another relevant field
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Have previous relevant experience working with scheduling in construction and infrastructure projects
- Have previous experience working with construction disputes and disruption investigations
- Have good knowledge of project tools like Primavera P6 PPM and Asta Power Projects
- Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
