Test Leader for Digital Identity Wallet Development

We are seeking an experienced and driven Test Leader for a comprehensive digitalization project related to the development of a European digital identity wallet. The assignment is part of a larger EU initiative where each member state will provide a secure and user-friendly digital identity service (EUDIW) enabling the management of digital identity credentials such as ID cards, driver's licenses, and professional licenses. About the Assignment As a Test Leader, you will play a central role in quality assuring deliverables within an ongoing IT development project. You will lead and coordinate testing work in close collaboration with developers, testers, requirements analysts, architects, and business representatives. The role involves both strategic test responsibility and operational test execution. Work includes: • Planning, coordination, and implementation of test activities. • Development and follow-up of test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test reports. • Review of requirements and architecture documentation. • Reporting test status, deviations, and risks to project management. • Contributing to the development of test methodologies, processes, and tools. • Active participation in agile teams and close dialogue with other project functions. Location is in Stockholm with office presence at least two days per week and as needed. Competence Level The role corresponds to competence level 3, which means high competence in the current role, 4-8 years of experience, and the ability to take responsibility for sub-areas and lead small groups. Experience and Competence Requirements The consultant should have: a) At least 5 years of experience in test leadership in technical development projects b) At least 5 years of experience in documenting test cases and test reports c) At least 3 years of experience reviewing requirements/architecture and developing test strategies and test plans d) At least 3 years of experience in manual/exploratory testing e) (Duplicate point from the original document – same as above) f) At least 3 years of experience with the entire test chain (unit testing, component testing, functional testing, regression, acceptance, IFK, end-to-end, accessibility testing) g) At least 3 years of experience in agile team work h) Experience with IT security in relation to test/QA i) Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, verbal and written Meriting Factors It is an advantage if you also have: j) Experience with test cases and machine testing in electronic identification and signing k) Experience in creating automated tests l) At least 1 year of experience working with Git m) At least 1 year of experience with Linux n) At least 1 year of experience with build, test, and delivery flows in container-based environments o) At least 1 year of experience with SQL databases Are you looking for an assignment where you can combine technical depth with societally important digital innovation?
