Test Manager - Jönköping

Role Description Assignment for an experienced test leader taking full responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up of testing and integrations, as well as acceptance testing of IT systems. The role drives quality assurance, requirements specification for suppliers, and test result analysis in close collaboration with business, requirements analysis, and IT. Scope 50-100%. Work Tasks • Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including integration and acceptance testing • Establish test strategy, test plans, test specifications, and exit criteria • Apply risk-based testing and prioritize coverage based on business risk • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects • Follow up deliverables from suppliers, perform quality assurance, and drive deviations • Analyze test results, report status, and recommend go/no-go • Drive improvements in test processes, working methods, and tool support in agile teams • Collaborate with clients, end-users, and technical specialists Requirements • At least 9 years of experience in test leadership and quality assurance • At least 6 years of practical testing experience • Documented experience in acceptance testing • Experience with risk-based testing • Good understanding of IT systems and infrastructure • Experienced test leader in agile project environments • Documented experience in public sector • Accustomed to working closely with requirements analysts and IT Meriting • Experience testing business support systems • Experience with automated testing (e.g., SoapUI) and performance testing • ISTQB certification • Experience in public administration and large IT environments Start/Duration Start: 2026-01-20 Duration: until 2027-01-19 (option until 2028-01-19) Location Jönköping (hybrid) About Rasulson Consulting Rasulson Consulting is a specialized staffing and recruitment company in the IT sector.
