Test Leader

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Test Lead for a larger program where a new claims management system is being implemented. In this role, you will act as the link between the development teams and the management group, with a particular focus on planning, execution, and follow-up of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This position is suitable for someone who is confident in driving testing activities in complex environments and can easily communicate with both business and IT. Responsibilities • Plan, lead, and coordinate UAT activities within the program. • Ensure that the test strategy, test plans, and test cases are appropriate and anchored with both the business and development teams. • Serve as a bridge between the development teams and the management group, including reporting on test status, risks, and deviations. • Support the business in understanding requirements, test preparations, and approval processes. • Drive change-related activities associated with the implementation of the new claims management system. • Participate in and contribute to ART/agile ceremonies as applicable. Requirements • Extensive experience in leading and executing UAT, including planning, coordination, and follow-up. • Experience in change management related to the implementation of new IT systems. • Understanding of or experience working in agile delivery models, preferably with ART structures. • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Familiarity with working closely with both management and development teams in larger change initiatives. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in property insurance and claims management. • Experience with larger standardized claims management or insurance systems. • Experience in test management in complex program or portfolio environments.
