Test Leader

Job Description: The EU has decided that each EU country shall provide a European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW). The purpose of the identity wallet is to enable citizens of EU countries to manage digital versions of various certificates, proofs, and credentials such as ID cards, driver's licenses, and professional licenses. In Sweden, the customer is responsible for providing the identity wallet. The test lead assignment aims to ensure high-quality deliveries, efficient test processes, and correct requirement verification. The assignment involves: - Leading and coordinating test work and conducting tests personally together with other testers and developers. - Responsible for developing and following up test plans, test strategies, and test cases. - Collaborating with requirement analysts, developers, architects, and business representatives. - Reporting test status, deviations, and risks. - Contributing to continuous improvement of testing methodology and testing tools within the agency Necessary Competence • At least 5 years of experience in test management for technical development projects • At least 5 years of experience documenting test cases and test reports • At least 3 years of experience reviewing requirements and architectural documentation and subsequently developing test strategies, test plans, etc. • At least 3 years of experience with manual (exploratory) testing • At least 3 years of experience with the entire testing chain (unit testing, component testing, functional system tests, regression tests, acceptance tests, IFK tests, end-to-end tests, accessibility tests) • At least 3 years of experience with team-based development using agile principles • Experience with IT security in relation to testing/QA • Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written Desired Competence • Experience from one or more assignments and different organizations/customers regarding test case development and machine testing for electronic identification and signing • Experience creating automated tests • At least 1 year of work with Git repositories • At least 1 year of work in Linux • At least 1 year of work with build, test, and delivery flows in container-based environments • At least 1 year of work with SQL Databases Your Application Does the role sound interesting and suitable?
