This staffing is a collaboration between Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but will work on-site at the customer's location in Norrköping.
Working as a Terminal Worker
Working as a terminal worker involves physical and varied work in a dynamic environment with often high-paced activity. Your main tasks include loading and unloading goods, sorting and handling packages, and ensuring that goods are shipped and received efficiently and accurately. Forklift driving is a central part of the work, where you might use a forklift to move pallets, organize warehouse areas, and handle heavy lifting.

Are You the Right Person for the Terminal Worker Role?
The work requires precision, responsibility, and the ability to collaborate in a team. Since you'll be working with incoming and outgoing deliveries, it's important that you follow safety routines and work systematically to ensure smooth terminal flow. This is a job that suits those who enjoy being active, are comfortable with physical work, and have a positive attitude towards solving problems in a varied work environment.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
* Has another primary occupation of at least 50% - for example: part-time job, studies, elite sports, self-employment
* Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
* Has good physical fitness
* Can work at least 2-3 times per week
It is considered meritorious if you already have forklift certification A1-4 and B1-4 and experience with forklift driving.
In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal and load register during this recruitment process.
