We are now seeking terminal workers for our district in Östersund. Are you a meticulous and solution-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging work environment? Then this might be the position for you! Job Responsibilities: • Forklift operation • Order handling and sorting of goods and packages • Loading and unloading of vehicles • Administrative tasks such as warehouse systems, work with PC in internal and external warehouse systems • Handheld device registration • Deviation reporting and damage handling Daily contact with customers, haulage companies, and other districts is also involved. In addition to your colleagues at DB Schenker, you will closely collaborate with our partner haulage companies and drivers. Your Profile: • We are looking for someone with a completed high school education; a few years of experience in similar tasks within terminal or warehouse work is meritorious. • Your personality is characterized by strong service-mindedness, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time pressure periodically. • You enjoy working in a group and are in good physical condition, as the work involves repetitive tasks and heavy lifting. • You have a good numerical sense and are proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. • You have forklift license A2, A4, B1, and computer skills. • You have at least an AM driver's license. • Experience with load securing, import/export, knowledge of our systems, or dangerous goods training (1:3) is meritorious. Your personality and attitude are very important to us as we work extensively in groups. Information and Application: The role is a temporary position from 2025-12-01 to 2026-08-28.
