We need to strengthen our team and are now looking for terminal workers on an as-needed basis in Ljungby/Bergvägen 1 and 3. As a terminal worker, you will be responsible for picking goods according to orders, packing goods, restocking, handling returns, managing any product damage, and working with the intake and outtake of goods. We have tasks that involve operating forklifts, as well as other tasks that do not require forklift operation.
As a terminal worker, you will report to the Production Manager for the assignment in the relevant department.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and understands instructions
- Is over 18 years old
- Has a high school education or equivalent work experience
- Can operate handheld computers
- Is quality-conscious and accustomed to working towards set goals
- Has a good work ethic and contributes to a positive work environment
- Is comfortable with varying work hours, as shift work is part of our operations, including daytime and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
It is an advantage if you have a forklift driver's license A and B with driving experience, as well as experience in warehouse operations. To thrive in this role, you should be self-driven, organized, and possess the ability to collaborate well with colleagues and departments. You are service-oriented and enjoy working with high quality towards established goals in a dynamic environment. You are social and creative, have a strong work ethic, and contribute to a positive work climate. Job rotation may occur, which means you may be working in other departments/units.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and experience.

Employment will be in accordance with the Transport Agreement in the form of on-call work. Salary is according to the collective agreement and start date will be agreed upon. All our employees receive thorough training to ensure the best conditions for taking on their work tasks.
