The Student Division at Södertörn University is seeking a Coordinator positioned in the Examination Coordination team. The Student Division monitors the external environment and drives development at the university in the division's areas of focus, participating in overall operational development. In addition to handling matters, the Student Division provides expert knowledge, guidance, and service to departments and administration, as well as to students before, during, and after their studies. At the Student Division, we practice active employee participation. This means you are expected to contribute to the university's and division's collective development. Work Tasks Södertörn University has central coordination of hall examinations, partially conducted as digital exams. As a coordinator, you will work in an independent team of four people responsible for scheduling and planning all university hall examinations. You will have special administrative responsibility for the digital examination system Inspera and will also conduct internal training on the system. The work involves handling applications from students with targeted pedagogical support during hall examinations and being responsible for the university's writing halls. Additionally, you will have extensive contact with students, writing supervisors, and employees from departments, the Student Division, and other administrative departments. One communication channel with students is the university's case management system, which you will work with daily. Other administrative tasks at the Student Division may occur. Qualifications You have: - University degree at bachelor's level or higher - Experience with examination administration in higher education - Experience and good knowledge of digital tools: Inspera, Legimus, TimeZynk, Office Suite, TopDesk, Kronox, and Ladok - Experience conducting Inspera training - Experience with system leadership in Inspera - High digital competence - Experience working with students with targeted pedagogical support - Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English - Good experience and ability to train large and small groups - Previous experience managing writing supervisors Personal Characteristics We place great importance on personal characteristics.
