As a receptionist for our client, you are the company's first point of contact and play a crucial role in providing customers with a professional and friendly reception. About the Role As a Receptionist, you will be the external face of the customer and thus have a very important role in creating a welcoming and professional reception. Your task is to ensure customers are connected to the right person. Your primary task will be to work in a small team responsible for managing the client's switchboard by handling calls and transferring them to the right person or department. We are looking for someone who is humble and appreciates varied work. Work tasks include: • Answering phone calls and emails • Welcoming, informing, and guiding customers in a service-oriented manner • Handling other administrative tasks, such as reception work The position is located in Solna and is a permanent employment. We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, humble, responsible, proactive, and meticulous. You enjoy the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, good overview of your area of responsibility, and be able to suggest improvements for the customer. You should easily create good relationships with both customers and colleagues and have the ability to collaborate.
