About this role
**About the Role**
Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting telephone interviews to gather information about employment, unemployment, and other aspects of the labor market in Sweden. The results will be used to understand the structure and dynamics of the labor market and to support policy and decision-making. You will work independently at our office in central Linköping, but you will have a cohesive and friendly team behind you.
The project runs Monday to Friday with working hours scheduled between 08:30 and 21:00. The shifts are divided into three: morning from 08:30 to 12:00, afternoon from 12:45 to 16:15, and evening from 16:30 to 21:00.

**Who Are You?**
We prefer that you have 2 years of work experience or another background deemed equivalent. We are looking for someone who is meticulous and professional, responsible and outgoing, and of course – enjoys talking on the phone. You are also:
- Communicative and maintain a professional tone
- Not afraid to talk to new people
- A person who can work independently but also in a team
- Detail-oriented and structured
- Flexible
- Over 18 years old
As an interviewer, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. The scope of employment can vary from full-time to part-time. This job is also well-suited as a side job for students or for those looking for evening work.
