Miljonbemanning AB is seeking a consultant to work with us. You will be employed by Miljonbemanning AB and assigned to the statistical agency SCB (Statistics Sweden).

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking part-time interviewers for SCB in Örebro. The work involves conducting telephone interviews with individuals selected for a survey about social cohesion and societal values. The survey is a government assignment that highlights integration policy sub-goals, focusing on democratic, social, and cultural integration.
You will work on-site at SCB's premises, primarily during evening hours from 5-9 PM, though other time slots may occur, such as 9 AM-3 PM and 3-9 PM. Work is most commonly from Monday through Thursday, but weekend work may also be possible.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, result-oriented, and socially engaged. We place great importance on personal qualities and prefer candidates who enjoy interacting with people. You are social, positive, and accommodating, able to adapt to different personalities and situations. We seek someone who can follow instructions well. Since some questions may be sensitive, you should be skilled at conveying a sense of security and building trust.
Requirements:
• High school diploma as minimum education level
• At least one year of documented work experience
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for at least 3 weekday shifts per week
• Full attendance at a paid 1.5-day introductory training on-site at SCB's Örebro premises. Training will take place either in week 8 (February 19 full day and 23 half day) or week 9 (February 23 full day and 24 half day) and is mandatory in its entirety and a requirement to start working
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous interview work experience
• Experience in interpersonal professions such as healthcare, education, service, or retail
• Higher availability will be considered in the recruitment process
