About the Company
We at Effektiv are currently seeking a technically skilled machine operator for our client in the food industry, located in Varberg. We focus on long-term relationships, which means you will initially receive a six-month fixed-term employment with us at Effektiv and be hired out to one of our clients, with a strong possibility of extension.
What does the role offer?
The role includes:
- Mixing and producing sauces and other food products according to established recipes.
- Ensuring product quality through meticulous work.
- Working in accordance with safety regulations and production plans.
- Monitoring and replenishing machines.
- Performing minor troubleshooting.
Scope: Full-time
Start: Immediate
Working hours: Daytime
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in food production who enjoys working at a fast pace with a focus on quality and precision. Additionally, you need to have a technical understanding to adjust machines according to different recipes, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure smooth production flow. We also believe you are a team player who is committed to always delivering quality work.
