We are approximately 1,550 employees driving the municipality forward within our various operations. We want every employee to feel joy and pride in their work and contribute to the municipality's development through their role. The Community Development Administration is responsible for the municipality's properties, streets, traffic, nature, water and sewage, waste management, and much more. We work closely with our citizens' daily lives, which places high demands on both competence and service. Our office is located in newly renovated premises in Mörby Centrum, easily accessible with good transport links. The water and sewage operations are part of the Water and Waste Department. Here, we handle all types of water and sewage issues in a small, close-knit team where collaboration, learning, and development are our focus.
We are now looking for a new colleague - an engaged and structured Technical Investigator in the field of water and sewage. With us, you will have the opportunity to combine investigation and problem-solving with community benefit. Welcome to become a part of our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the water and sewage operations' rights of way and easement issues and conduct investigations that clarify the rights related to municipal water and sewage lines. This work involves contacts with property owners, the Land Survey Authority, and other stakeholders in ongoing investigative work. You will review and interpret established documents regarding property law issues and also participate in other investigative tasks within the water and sewage operations, such as handling insurance cases and compensation issues. It is also important that you conduct environmental monitoring within the water and sewage sector and contribute to the development of the operations.
Since we are a smaller workgroup, you will also take on other water and sewage-related tasks according to your abilities and interests.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge and experience in rights of way and easement issues.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have an active and courageous approach to teamwork, where you enjoy taking responsibility and working independently. At the same time, you possess excellent collaboration skills and create good relationships with both internal and external contacts. You enjoy working long-term and are comfortable with tasks that involve communication with both authorities and residents.
You are meticulous, structured, and work according to clear processes, focusing on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Your analytical ability helps you make well-founded decisions and see connections while recognizing logic and relationships in complex information or environments. As a person, you are results-oriented and set high goals for yourself. You work purposefully, ambitiously, and do what is required to achieve good results. We place great importance on personal suitability.
