We are now looking for a structured and sociable Technical Training Coordinator who wants to take a central role in a long-term project related to next-generation submarine systems.

ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Technical Training Coordinator, you will be part of a team that works to plan and coordinate training related to advanced technical systems. The focus is on creating structure, coordinating various internal and external functions, and ensuring that training can be conducted as planned.
The role has a clear organizational and coordinating focus where you keep everything together, follow up on deliveries, and ensure that the right people, resources, and materials are in place. The actual training content is developed by technical specialists – your task is to ensure the flow works from start to finish. The position is based in Lund and involves some travel within southern Sweden. The assignment is long-term and starts as soon as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and coordinate training sessions
• Develop training plans for various systems and target groups
• Manage communication and follow-up
• Act as a link between project management, technical specialists, and the end customer
• Create structure and overview in an environment with many parallel activities
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
• Has a technical education in a relevant field and preferably has worked alongside your studies in a coordinating or administrative role, or possesses equivalent work experience from a coordinating, planning, or project-oriented role in a technical environment.
• Is meticulous and structured, with the ability to adapt communication according to the audience.
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in internal and external interactions.
It is not necessary, but it is advantageous if you have:
• Experience with ILS
• Completed military service or other military training
To thrive in this role, we believe you have excellent structure and organizational skills, are comfortable in social interactions, and can take initiative and drive issues forward. You enjoy collaborating with various functions, including technicians, project managers, and customer organizations, and have the ability to manage multiple aspects simultaneously.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT: This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and our side is that after a few months, you will be directly employed by the client.
