Technical System Specialist - IT Delivery with HR and Logistics Focus We are seeking a Technical System Specialist for an IT delivery assignment focusing on digital solutions supporting HR and logistics areas. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with the business, drive improvements, and ensure stability in complex system environments. About the Assignment The role involves comprehensive responsibility for management, structure, and collaboration within HR and logistics, primarily related to the IFS10 business system and integration solutions. You will coordinate needs, capture business requirements, and transform them into practical IT solutions that support long-term order and continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR and logistics solutions, including integrations - Manage HR-related issues in the ticketing system and ensure process compliance - Participate in projects and feasibility studies (e.g., IFS Cloud, Schedule, Staffing, and Time Card) - Ensure stability and functionality of solutions and integrations, including those for external customers - Serve as technical lead for the customer portal in an ongoing logistics project, focusing on testing, results, documentation, and reporting Requirements Profile Mandatory Requirements: - Relevant higher education (e.g., systems science, informatics) or equivalent experience - Experience in HR and logistics with understanding of system integrations - Experience in system management and change management in close collaboration with the business - Experience with integrations as part of system management and development - Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and in a business-oriented manner - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Preferred Qualifications: - Project experience in HR or logistics (e.g., payroll systems, recruitment solutions, business systems) - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, BizTalk, API connections, or other integration solutions - Experience in information security, data quality, and lifecycle management Personal Characteristics: - Structured and meticulous – working methodically and ensuring quality in processes and documentation - Communicative and collaborative – building good relationships with both business and vendors - Analytical and solution-oriented – identifying connections, prioritizing effectively, and navigating complex system environments - Confident and clear in your role – able to set boundaries, represent IT's perspective, and protect structure and responsibility allocation Additional Responsibilities: - Participate in basic troubleshooting and incident management related to systems - Contribute to SLA and system status monitoring and participate in lifecycle planning - Ensure technical documentation remains current and follows information security guidelines - Participate as a system or sub-project resource in current projects Assignment Details: - Start Date: November 24, 2025 - End Date: October 31, 2026 (option to extend 3 + 3 months) - Scope: 80-100% - Location: Gothenburg - Remote Work: Up to 25% (minimum 3 days/week on-site)
