Do you want to be part of developing the Navy's Technical and Maintenance Department (TVA) and our work with the Armed Forces' diving systems? MtrlK is set to grow and needs to be complemented with additional staff. We are now looking for a Technical System Leader (TSL) for diving systems.
About the Technical and Maintenance Department (TVA)
TVA Marin is a department within the Navy Staff's Materiel Office (MtrlK). The main purpose of the Navy's Materiel Office is to support the Navy Chief in ensuring that the Armed Forces' equipment maintains the capabilities that each combat unit requires over time. This means that TVA is responsible for creating conditions to ensure that the equipment is available and system-worthy at the agreed level.
Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for the maintenance of diving systems
• Exercise material and design responsibility for diving systems
• Provide support in connection with system and material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with requirements for operational safety, confidentiality, working environment, system safety, consideration for the external environment, supervision, and reporting for the Armed Forces' material
• Support the Technical Manager at the Navy Staff and the Material Area Responsible (MOA) regarding design responsibility and maintenance
• Lead and participate in various forums such as the Technical Council and user meetings
• Conduct needs allocation for diving systems and support other TVK in the needs allocation of these material systems
• Monitor system worthiness/safety for diving systems and lead/participate in system safety work
• Lead the ordering organization regarding AU/FU and modifications within the framework of maintenance
• Monitor maintenance economics regarding budget, forecasts, and outcomes
Material Administration, maintenance managers in the Armed Forces, units, and industry. The position includes travel.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Approved secondary education
• Post-secondary education with a technical focus or other relevant competence deemed equivalent by the employer
• Documented experience in administrative work
• Good knowledge of parts of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Documented experience working with the business system SAP
• B driver's license

You have the ability to express your opinions clearly in both speech and writing, and you are communicative. Flexibility and adaptability are desirable qualities. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
PREFERABLE
• Experience with or within FM Diving Systems
• Knowledge and experience of marine technical systems and materials
• Technical background
• Documented professional experience in the field
• Experience working in FM support systems Lift and PRIO
