Do you want to be part of developing the Navy's Technical and Maintenance Department (TVA) and our work with the Armed Forces' Amphibious Systems? MtrlK is set to grow and needs to be complemented with additional employees. We are now looking for a Technical System Leader (TSL) for Amphibious Systems.
About the Technical and Maintenance Department (TVA)
TVA Marin is a department within the Navy Staff's Material Office (MtrlK). The main purpose of the Navy's Material Office is to support the Navy Chief in ensuring that the Armed Forces' equipment maintains the capabilities required by each combat unit over time. This means that TVA must support the creation of conditions for the equipment to be available and system-worthy at the decided level.
Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for the maintenance of Amphibious Systems
• Exercise material and design responsibility for Amphibious Systems
• Provide support in connection with system and material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with requirements for operational safety, confidentiality, work environment, system safety, consideration for the external environment, supervision, and reporting for the Armed Forces' material
• Support the Technical Manager at the Navy Staff and the Material Area Responsible (MOA) within design responsibility and maintenance
• Lead and participate in various forums such as the Technical Council and user meetings
• Conduct needs allocation for Amphibious Systems and support other TVK in needs allocation of these material systems
• Monitor system worthiness/safety for Amphibious Systems and lead/participate in system safety work
• Lead the ordering organization regarding AU/FU and modifications within the framework of maintenance
• Monitor maintenance economy concerning budget, forecasts, and outcomes
The work involves close collaboration within TVA, Product Managers at the Defence Materiel Administration, maintenance managers in the Armed Forces and units, as well as industry. The position includes travel.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Completed upper secondary education
• Technical university education or training deemed equivalent by the employer
• Documented experience working with technical systems
• Good knowledge of parts of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• B driver's license

You have the ability to express your opinions clearly in both speech and writing and are communicative. Flexibility, good administrative skills, and adaptability are desirable qualities. Employment type: Permanent. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not currently employed by the authority.
Work location: Muskö.
The Navy Staff offers a commuter bus from central Stockholm to Muskö with several stops along the way.
Position: Civilian.
