Responsibilities In the role of technical support at Lundaman, you will be a vital part of the team and a well-appreciated contact for the company’s customers. The main part of your daily work consists of providing quick, professional, and personalized telephone support, where you receive calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers step by step to solutions. You will also diligently follow up on cases to ensure that each customer feels seen, secure, and well taken care of. The job also includes technical and administrative tasks, such as preparing assembly parts, manufacturing cables, programming printers, documenting in the CRM system, and managing inventory and material flows. Once you have settled into the role, there is also the opportunity to participate in fieldwork, providing variety, practical experience, and the chance to further develop your skills. • Provide technical support via phone, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to solutions • Follow up on cases and ensure that each customer feels secure and well taken care of • Perform technical and administrative tasks, such as assembly, cable manufacturing, programming, documentation, and inventory management • Participate in fieldwork as needed for practical experience and skills development Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Experience in customer support or another equivalent service-oriented role; technical support experience is a merit • Strong technical interest • Good computer and system proficiency • Proficient in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • Valid B driver's license is an advantage To thrive in the role of technical support at Lundaman, it is important that you are attentive and skilled at handling people.
