Your Role
You will be a central link between our customers, workshop, and internal support functions. The role is both office-based and workshop-close - perfect for those who enjoy variation and technology. You will plan, coordinate, and follow up on service cases while ensuring smooth communication between all involved parties. The role suits someone who enjoys taking responsibility, driving processes forward, and always strives to find the best solution for the customer.
Your Tasks
- Handle claims and warranty cases, receive, investigate, and follow up on issues with both customers and suppliers
- Maintain ongoing customer contact and assist with service and support questions
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to technical problems, both via phone and on-site
- Coordinate service cases and ensure the right parts and resources are in place on time
- Be active in the workshop and provide technical assistance and practical work when needed
- Collaborate closely with workshop, service, and sales functions
Who Are You?
We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in vehicles and technology, preferably with experience from vehicle workshop or service. You should have good basic knowledge of vehicle electronics. You are experienced with customer contact, have a good sense of structure and documentation, and enjoy a role with both administrative and practical work elements.
You communicate clearly and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues, both in writing and verbally. You are self-driven, take initiative and responsibility, but also enjoy working closely in a team.

Requirements
- Class B driver's license
- Previous experience with vehicle repairs
- Class D driver's license is meritorious
