About the Role
In this role, you will primarily focus on providing professional and appreciated support to electrical installers in the Nordic region, mainly in Sweden. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and also work with wholesaler-related issues.
Additionally, you will play an important role in our feedback flow: you will identify patterns, needs, and problems from the market and relay this information to our development teams. In short – you help us become even better.
We believe you:
• Are a trained electrician or have equivalent experience from the installation industry
• Love technology and have no trouble navigating apps, digital tools, and smart solutions
• Enjoy talking on the phone and are confident in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have a service mindset and enjoy helping others
• Appreciate variety and learning new things
Your responsibilities may include:
• Support for electrical installers in the Nordic region (phone, email, and social media)
• Handling complaints and product issues
• Functionality and product testing
• Being the link between customers and development
• Technical support for sales and projects
• Assisting in planning and executing trade shows
