Technical Specialist Video Systems

We are looking for a technical specialist in technical solutions/systems for the project "Future Video Systems" for the Swedish Transport Administration in Gothenburg. This is a consulting assignment. The position is part-time at 50%. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires a high degree of flexibility and teamwork. **Assignment** The role involves driving and coordinating technical solutions and systems within the "Future Video Systems" project. This includes needs analysis, market research, development of architectural descriptions, quality assurance, requirement specification, and collaboration among various stakeholders to ensure a complete and functioning video system. The role is responsible for ensuring that all parts of the project, from definition to handover, are executed according to established procedures and requirements. **Responsibilities** - Analyze needs and new requirements - Conduct market analysis of video systems - Develop complete architectural descriptions - Ensure quality through testing (FAT, SAT, OAT) - Drive sub-projects from project definition to handover - Plan and lead meetings and workshops - Lead requirement specification and documentation - Ensure collaboration among stakeholders - Develop requirement documents, procurement materials, and governance documents - Quality assurance through review and testing - Architecture and design according to OT and IT requirements as well as regulatory requirements - Project administration (VP, budget, follow-up, finance, record-keeping) **Requirements (Mandatory)** - At least 8 years of documented experience in project management within contracts related to IT/OT with a contract value exceeding 50 million SEK. Experience must include responsibility for both finance, contract compliance, and technical delivery. - At least 5 years of documented experience in procurement of technical systems according to the Public Procurement Act (LoU) (development of request for proposal documents and conducting procurements) with a contract value exceeding 75 million SEK. - At least 5 years of documented experience working with contract law (development of contracts and administrative regulations and contract negotiations) according to ABT06 or AB04. - At least 5 years of documented experience in developing and revising technical requirement and governance documents related to OT systems. - Documented experience in managing at least 1 project according to the XLPM project model. The project must have a duration of at least 2 years from start to completion and a budget of 75 million SEK. - Must have completed, no later than 2 months after contract start, MSB training regarding safety in industrial information and control systems (basic and advanced). - Good knowledge and experience of applicable directives and laws regarding cybersecurity. - Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. **Meritorious** - At least five (5) years of documented experience in project management of the SVMX system aimed at monitoring road traffic, encompassing at least 1500 units and with high availability requirements.
